Among highlights of the last few years: Recruited the CEO of Veritas Software, the largest and highest market cap software company ever to recruit a CEO from the outside. Veritas subsequently merged with Symantec. In the Forbes annual list of "The 200 Best Small Companies in America," recruited CEOs for six of them, including the only company ever to appear on the list for ten consecutive years. In a Business Week list of the "Top 25 Managers of the Year," recruited two of them into their first CEO roles.
